Refund Policy

In the case of equipment failure or any other unforeseen circumstances that prevents Photo Perfections from shooting a scheduled session, the Client will receive the option to reschedule.

Sessions may be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances. The session will be rescheduled for a new date and time.

Once a transaction for digital and/or tangible photography products has been completed, refunds will NOT be given. A transaction is completed after 1. a contract for photography services and/or products is signed by the Client, 2. an order is submitted or approved by the client, or, 3. a design for a product is approved by the client.

Products may not be returned unless: 1. A manufacturer defect is evident and reported within 24 hours of receipt 2. A product was damaged during shipping. 3. the order was processed incorrectly resulting in the incorrect size, material, etc.

Due to the nature of our products, exchanges or refunds are NOT permitted.
